Joint Conference ICAB- ESADE Faculty of Law.
“Tender reform and refinancing agreements: legal solutions in times of crisis”. Last June16th this joint conference was held at the ICAB to approach issues such as the current perspective for the application of the law and the refinancing agreements, with the moderation of Dr. Rodolfo Fernández, President of the ICAB Commercial Law Department and partner of MILINERS. It was also dealt the reform of the Tender Law and its considerations on the labour field, with the participation as speaker of Mr. Josep Danón, partner of MILINERS.

ITECHLAW EUROPEAN CONFERENCE 2008
The International Technology Law Association international Congress will be held in Barcelona on 6 and 7 November. The ITechLaw is a worldwide organization for lawyers with technology law expertise. The world most important specialists on the subject will attend this Congress and participate as speakers, in order to discuss and reflect upon the latest legal news and innovations as regard software, electronic trade platforms and digital settings, personal data and privacy protection. MILINERS had had and active participation on the organization of the event, being part of the organizing committee. Besides, Dr. Rodolfo Fernández, member of the E-Commerce Committee of the ITechLaw, will be one of the speakers on the subject "joint-venture contracts for businesses and technological developments"
